Coconut Oil

Coconut oil or copra oil is an edible oil obtained from the kernel or from the meat of mature coconuts obtained from the coconut palm. It has different applications. It is slow to oxidise due to its high saturated fat content and, thus, immune to rancidification, lasting up to six months at 24 ° C without spoiling.
