Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Kadamba Marketing Souharda Sahakari Niyamita follows a limited return policy due to the nature of food and natural products.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Incorrect product delivered

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as taste preference, change of mind, or improper handling after delivery.

Return Request

Customers must notify us within 24 hrs of delivery with:

  • Order details
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting images or video

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification. Approved returns must be sent back as instructed.

Refunds

Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Please contact us immediately for cancellation requests.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
